- 3 ripe but not bruised avocados
- 1 large tomato (3 cherry tomatoes will also do)
- Juice of 1 large lime
- 1 small red onion (chopped finely)
- 1 chilli (deseeded and chopped finely)
- handful of coriander to serve
- tortillas or vegetables sticks to serve
Method:
1. Start off by pulverising up the tomato to pulp on a chopping board and pour into a bowl.
2. Halve the avocados and stone each (saving 1 stone).
3. Scoop out the flesh and add to the bowl with the tomato.
4. Add the other ingredients to the bowl and season with salt and pepper.
5. Use a whisk or fork to roughly mash the ingredients together. You can also blend the ingredients together if you do not want a chunky guacamole.
6. If you are not serving it straight away put in the stone (it stop it from going brown) and cover with cling-film.
7. To serve, add coriander and enjoy!
I hope you can make this better than I did. Hopefully I will make it better next time.
Ta-ta for now, Nee x
